All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and location.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, text, social media, or third-party booking platforms.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to:

• Weather conditions
• Equipment issues
• Unsafe working conditions
• Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information during booking.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept approved payment methods including credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and other methods listed during booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows

TJ's Detailing reserves the right to charge cancellation or no-show fees for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Mobile Service Requirements

Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area for mobile detailing services.

If access to water or electricity is required, this will be communicated prior to the appointment.

TJ's Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

We strive to provide high-quality results and customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address the issue.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

While we take every precaution when servicing vehicles, TJ's Detailing is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical or electrical failures
• Damage caused by improperly installed aftermarket parts
• Wear and tear due to age or prior condition

Customers are responsible for removing valuable or personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction

Results and longevity of ceramic coatings and paint correction services may vary based on:

• Vehicle condition
• Maintenance practices
• Environmental exposure

Proper aftercare is the responsibility of the customer following service completion.
